For accurate fees, please verify in your shopping cart before checking out. Deliveries arrive within 4-14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to pick-up your order, we are pleased to offer a pick-up option by appointment to luclay.factory@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

You can also include your order number, along with photos of the item(s) and packaging, so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
