Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of Lüclay's products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at luclay.factory@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. You can also include your order number, along with photos of the item(s) and packaging, so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution. Additionally, please include your email address and phone number for easier communication.
